CHIBOW researcher continues fund raising effort in Uganda

Fund raising efforts by CHIBOW researcher, Sophie Roupetz, are bringing Empowerment Action for Community Health Uganda (EACH) ever closer to their target of building Lira's first trauma centre.

This important centre will help to empower those affected by two decades of civil war, assisting Ugandan victims, but also importantly providing support to those currently fleeing war and violence in South Sudan.

The funds raised so far have enabled EACH to acquire the land and continue important building works, but the success of the project will rest on a continued effort to generate funds, both in country by EACH and internationally by Sophie Roupetz.

You can find out more about this project and donate here.
